It's day 2 and I woke up this
morning not wanting to get out of bed. I could of slept for 5 more hours. I
ended up going to bed at 8:30pm last night one because I was tired and second
because I wouldn't have to think about food.
Here is where I am today as far as weight. I was able to get back on the scale today! I am so excited. When I first weighted myself I was over 300lbs and this scale could no longer track my weight. As you can see my home scale shows me at 286lbs today. My job scale which I had the assessment on has me at 278lbs. I will continue with both so see how I am doing.

I finally made a juice I could
drink. Here is my breakfast and snack juice:
Breakfast that Rocks:
1 Granny Apple
1 Carrot
1/2" of Ginger
1 Lemon
2 Pears
1/3 Pineapple
2 Tangerines
I didn't make it to the gym this morning but am planning to
head there after work. I was able to go the gym at work and get in 1.1 miles on
the treadmill. I also had a health assessment here are my results:
