Day 6

Today I am doing really well. Hit the gym at 7am was able to do a 10K (6.2 miles) and do some weight lifting. I felt great to get so much in so early in the morning. I plan to work on my arms today.
Currently I never wear short sleeve shirt because I am so embarrassed of my arms. I have strech marks down my arms and the extra fat I feel doesn't look great I feel on me. I plan to spend each day to get my arms and body back in shape.

Day 4

I have hit day 4! I can't believe it. I was actually not too hungry today. I was so busy at work I can't believe it.

I weighted today and was at 274. I am down 4lbs. I was very excited and can't wait to see what next week brings.

I made it to the gym today at work. Not sure if I am going to head to the gym tonight when I get home to get in another half a mile. I might just plan to hit it hard tomorrow with a double.

At work today they had free lunch...oh man I love me a free lunch. IT WAS JIMMY JOHN'S. I love jimmy johns and wanted nothing more than to have a bite of the sandwich. I am planning to juice tonight and rest a ton.

Day 5

It was a pretty good day. No more headache :) I am still standing strong. It is truly one day at a time. I was able to hit the gym in the afternoon. I did a 5k (3.1 miles).

 

I couldn't be happier to be feeling better and giving my body what it needs.
 
I had a goal today to get to the 5k in under 60 mins. Guess what I did it!
